Run Crazy like Phoebe
Every once in awhile my wife and I will run like Phoebe during a work out. It's really quite invigorating especially during a long track work. I found the clip from Gina's blog.

Isn't it great to run like Phoebe!?
I like to try it on the crowded 5 p.m. track at my local rec. center, where the walkers tend to drift into the running lanes. One sweep with the Phoebe and my path is clear for the rest of the day!
